DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations Management : Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs.
- Customer Focus : Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image.
- Team Leadership : Train, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Financial Management : Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
- Liason with Head office : Communiate effectively with head office and manage store assets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate or College Level
- Experience in Sales and Store operations
- Experience in Supervisory or Leadership role
- Customer Service oriented
- Problem-Solving skills
- Computer Literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- Willing to learn and to be trained
