Integration Engineer - Oracle Utilities WACS

We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer with strong Oracle Utilities WACS expertise to join our team in Manila.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology and integration solutions. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) , providing technical guidance, supporting key decisions, and helping drive successful integration and transformation initiatives.
Location: Manila / Cybergate 2Work Setup: Hybrid – 2x RTO per week
Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an SME for Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS) .
- Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Make or contribute to key technical and team-level decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive integration initiatives.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement integration solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless system and process integration.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address integration-related challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best-practice adoption within the team.
- Support continuous improvement of integration strategies, processes, and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS) .
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management.
- 5+ years of integration design experience involving Oracle Utilities products.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration architecture .
- Experience working with Oracle Utilities products such as:
- WACS
- CCS
- CCB
- MDM
- OFS
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) .
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB/CCS) .
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management .
- Experience working with cloud-based utility management platforms.
- Background in enterprise transformation or customer journey improvement initiatives.
