Provides customer support for utility accounts by assisting with billing inquiries, payment processing, account maintenance, service requests, and issue resolution. Ensures accurate account management, explains billing and service information, coordinates with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, and delivers timely, professional, and high-quality service while maintaining compliance with company policies and service standards.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
-Must have at least 1 year of total BPO experience
-Should have at least 6 months of voice experience
-WITH either Telco or Sales experience
-Weekends off and permanent graveyard shift
