Microsoft Azure Integration Services Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Azure Integration Services team in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
- Define and implement integration architecture strategies aligned with business and IT goals.
- Architect and oversee the development of integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Ensure best practices in integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and security.
- Collaborate with business units, application owners, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of integration developers and architects.
- Promote continuous learning and adoption of new Azure capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in enterprise integration, with experience in a leadership role or managerial role
- Deep expertise in:
- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid)
- Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep templates
- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and governance.
- Experience with hybrid integration scenarios (on-prem to cloud)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
