Aftersales Manager (With Commission/Incentives)

Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possesses at least 3 years of experience in managing aftersales operations.
- Has a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Familiar with operations in a car dealership environment.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
- Skilled in operating four-wheel vehicles.
Overview of the job:
- Oversees and manages the dealership’s aftersales operations while supervising aftersales personnel.
- Accountable for achieving aftersales KPIs and targets, while upholding the dealership’s commitment to outstanding customer service standards.
