Billing Representative – Join Our Growing Healthcare Team
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment? We’re looking for a Billing Representative to join our team and play a key role in delivering a seamless billing experience for our patients.
What You’ll Do
Verify patients’ insurance coverage, including eligibility for Home Health services
Request and track service authorizations in a timely manner
Ensure accurate and prompt billing for all services
Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
Respond to patient billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing workflows and processes
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Strong spreadsheet and data management skills
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience with U.S.-based medical billing is highly beneficial
Candidates with relevant experience will be required to provide professional references from previous positions
