OverviewThe Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, Should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.
How you'll make an impactResponsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and deliverables within the assigned function
- Execute assigned tasks accurately within defined timelines and SLAs
- Maintain documentation, records, and process adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop
- Follow defined SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Build functional knowledge of business processes and tool.
- Take ownership of assigned modules or workstreams over time.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Work Experience:
- Minimum work experience should be 0-3years
