Operations Manager

- In charge of Strategic Planning related to Cost Areas covering Profit and Loss “line of expense”
- Ensure that the culinary cluster are implementing accurate practices to be handed down to operations
- Participation in creating Memos related to Systems and Procedures
- Ensures Fixed Assets are well tracked and monitored monthly with the intact system in place.
- Presenting monthly P&L calendar in order to present current store financial performance on timely manner
- Ensure that Operations are guided by monthly targets both on sales and cost areas to meet accurate net income
- Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
- Establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Operation Management, Finance, Accounting or any related fields.
- Master’s Degree is a plus
- At least 3-5 years work experience as Operations Manager, Area Manager or Managerial position
- Handling multiple concept of food industry
- Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong Communication skills and interpersonal
- Strong analytical and decision making-skills
- Financial Acumen: understanding the data of P&L, Budgeting and Cash flow.
- Roving stores : Pasay, Makati, BGC, Taguig and Pasig
