Associate Manager, Sales Coordination

QIAGEN seeks an Associate Manager for Sales Coordination in Taguig City to lead a team while translating corporate strategy into local sales support. The role involves managing forecasts, pipeline visibility, customer satisfaction, and team development across assigned business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales Coordination team to support sales targets and assigned business objectives
- Monitor market trends and recommend action plans to address local requirements and key accounts
- Coordinate daily sales department activities, review work, and support junior team member development
- Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, customer satisfaction, and compliant reporting
- Coach and mentor team members to promote consistent working practices and capability development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience combination
- Hands-on sales coordination experience in any industry
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 8-11 people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI-enabled tools
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Clear communication and ability to build business partnerships
- Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Power Apps experience preferred
