Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents . No BPO experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you have excellent communication skills and are eager to start a rewarding career in the BPO industry, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- No call center experience required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
