We’re searching for friendly, customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team.
You will take calls, provide details about our products, solve problems efficiently, and create positive experiences for everyone you speak with.
On a typical day, you will:
Answer calls professionally and politely
Share accurate information with customers
Fix issues quickly and effectively
Assist with account changes and service requests
Document all calls thoroughly
Follow company rules, scripts, and goals
Qualifications
Willing to work on site
Education: At least high school or senior high school graduate
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
