Description - Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads generated.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
