We're looking for Call Center Agents who are warm, customer-focused, and eager to create great experiences.
In this job, you'll manage incoming calls, share helpful information about our products, handle customer concerns, and ensure every person on the line walks away satisfied.
On a typical day, you will:
Take calls in a kind and professional way
Give customers clear and accurate details about what we offer
Address issues quickly and with minimal hassle
Support customers with account changes and service needs
Maintain clear and complete notes after every call
Qualifications
Willing to work on site
Education: At least high school or senior high school graduate
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
