Job Description:
- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ property requirements and investment objectives
- Organize and facilitate project presentations, model unit viewings, and site inspections
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project offerings, pricing structures, availability, and market trends
- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital marketing, and other strategic initiatives
- Assist clients with the completion and submission of required documentation and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless transactions
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in company-led training programs, sales meetings, and corporate events
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions
Qualification:
- Fresh Graduate or at least completed 2 years in college or 72 units equivalent
- With or without prior experience in real estate sales; experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-centric mindset
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary
- Must be willing to undergo company training and attend project knowledge sessions
- Must be willing to start immediately and assigned in designated project locations
