Sales Agent (Field-Based)

Purpose of the Role / Role Overview

The purpose of the Advertising Sales Representative (Field-Based) role is to drive sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, promoting products, addressing customer needs, and fostering positive relationships. This role plays a crucial part in expanding the company’s customer base, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• With or without experience in the field sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, pricing, and terms persuasively
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets within specified timeframes; strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential
• Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing priorities and situations
• Physically fit to work on the field

General Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in the field, either door-to-door or at booths, to introduce and promote our products
• Conduct fieldwork and various promotional activities
• Manage booths at select locations and mall kiosks
• Engage in flyering and customer intercept activities to promote and explain services
• Generate sales through social media posting and networking
• Scout for marketing ad sites and local business partners like Sari-Sari Stores and office organizations
• Install marketing materials such as horizontal streamers, vertical banners, posters, and standees
• Complete necessary forms for new customers, including their requirements
• Attend events to showcase our services, interact with potential customers, and generate sales leads
• Reach out to customers who applied via social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram to explain product terms
