AceOutsource Solutions looking for an energetic Call Center Rep / Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients for international relocation services.

- At least minimum 6 months in, ideally in BPO, customer service, or outsourcing industries.
- Education: At least high school graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently pitch services to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO services, industry standards, and sales best practices.
