- The Product Associate (or PA) is responsible for ensuring all data to be used in creating the management reports related to Company's Products and Services are available prior to the set deadline. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting for the generation of reports, data gathering, processing, and visualization.
- The Product Associate assists in gathering data related to ATM, InstaPay, POS, and other products being managed by the Division.
- The Product Associate is also responsible for safekeeping and maintaining all documents related to products.
- Understand the channels in which the company offers its products and services.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, yearly & ad hoc reports & statistics of the different Company's products & services
- Gather surveys, monitor competition, news, and industry trends.
- Assist the Product Manager in gathering and analyzing information on the products' performance, problems and opportunities.
- Creates and develops visual presentations as required by the BRMD Head and/or Product Managers.
- Maintain repository of updated copies of product plans, policies, rulebooks, contracts, agreements, conformes, user manuals, process flow, NDAs, and other related documents.
- Work with internal teams and member/participants to gather required insights/information related to product.
- Draft product-related documents, policies, guidelines, manuals, rulebooks, etc.
- Drafting of letters, circulars or advisories related to products.
- Manage list of participants per product and update as necessary.
- Manage the BRMD Product Dashboard and ensure it is updated.
- Perform other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required by the Product Managers and BRMD Head.
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT or related fields.
- No required work experience, but previous related work exposure is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, and composing, typing and proofing materials
- Able to work with all types of individuals
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands and deliver on time
- Above average computer skills in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and Power point.
- Highly motivated to learn new technology
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exhibits strong work ethic and discipline
- Proactive
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Accepts ownership and accountability for own deliverables
- Creative and resourceful
