Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and client-focused Sales Associates to promote and grow our platform investment products. The role focuses on helping clients access professionally managed investment strategies while building long-term client relationships and growing Assets Under Management (AUM).
This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in financial services with strong earning potential through performance-based incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients, expanding the client base.
- Conduct engaging investment presentations and personalized client consultations to explain product features and benefits.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including account opening and documentation.
- Perform client risk profiling and suitability assessments to recommend appropriate investment strategies.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, portfolio updates, and personalized support.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios to encourage retention and growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and AUM growth objectives.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and service processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven sales or client relationship experience is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and investment products.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive product and compliance training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
