Production Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation, including both Site Installation ( ingress and egress processes)
- Collaborate with the Research and Design Team to finalize technical specifications and maintain a smooth production workflow.
- Ensure material requests align with design requirements and are submitted in a timely manner.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to Management and Sales teams.
- Oversee the mobilization of deliveries and installations, ensuring on-time execution and adequate manpower in coordination with the Production Supervisor
- Work closely with the Production Supervisor and Foreman to align and manage project timelines.

QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator (Fabrication Company)
- Possesses a strong and confident personality
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt easily-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
