What you'll be doing
- Performing various production tasks, including assembling, preparing, and finishing shoe components
- Operating and maintaining production equipment with precision and care
- Adhering to strict quality control measures to ensure the high standards of our products
- Collaborating with team members to optimize production workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Assisting with inventory management and supporting the efficient flow of materials
- Participating in continuous learning and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- High School or College Graduate
- Demonstrates strong integrity and honesty in all work-related matters
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Capable in performing manual tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing
- Capable of operating basic tools and equipment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- With basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills
- Exhibits strong communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment
- Able to follow instructions, company policies, and standard procedures
