Position Overview
The Communication and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to ensure campaigns are impactful and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans across digital and traditional channels.
- Campaign Management : Supervise the design, rollout, and performance tracking of promotional campaigns.
- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
- Brand Communication : Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across advertising, PR, and corporate platforms.
- Digital Marketing : Oversee social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives.
- Market Research : Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Content Development : Supervise the creation of press releases, promotional materials, and multimedia assets.
- Event Marketing : Coordinate marketing activities for corporate events, trade shows, and community outreach.
- Performance Reporting : Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with sales, product, and corporate communication teams to ensure unified messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
