Executive Assistant (Medical) with Bookkeeping Experience
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in the medical industry and bookkeeping to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence
- Assist with medical administration and documentation
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB
- Handle general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- Bookkeeping experience is essential
- Proficient in MYOB
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Position Details:
