QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong analytical skills
-Knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms and marketing tools
-Knowledgeable in basic editing using CANVA
-Have some knowledge in Al tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Midjourney, CapCut Al, etc.)
-Capable of handling online customers
-Willing to learn and undergo training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
-Manage and update product listings on e-commerceplatforms
-Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and other marketing activities
-Create engaging graphics using Canva and utilize Al toolsto help improve content and productivity
