About the role
As a Sales Account Executive at The Aurora Subic Hotel, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and developing relationships with key corporate and leisure clients in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. This full-time role will require you to develop a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our target customers. You will be based at our hotel located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Zambales.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and leisure travel markets
- Manage and develop existing client relationships to drive repeat business and increased revenue
- Understand client needs and present tailored hospitality solutions to meet their requirements
- Participate in trade shows, networking events and client meetings to showcase our hotel's offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and promotional campaigns
- Accurately forecast sales, monitor pipeline and provide timely reporting on key performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone market and local hospitality landscape
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
