- We are seeking a skilled and passionate Italian Chef to lead the kitchen in our fine dining, à la carte restaurant in a fine dining restaurant.
- The ideal candidate will specialize in traditional and modern Italian cuisine, showcasing authentic flavors and creative presentations .
- You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong team player, quality control, operations management, inventory management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring long hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, leadership ability, passion for food, and effective teamwork.
