We are seeking a reliable and skilled Kitchen Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and works efficiently under pressure. As a Kitchen Cook, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals according to our standards and recipes.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in prepping ingredients including washing, chopping, and storing food
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety regulations and proper handling/storage of ingredients
- Monitor food stock and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor or chef
- Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers (if applicable)
