Job Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Open to Bachelor’s degree holders, undergraduates, vocational, or high school graduates
- Customer service or support experience is an advantage
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Job Responsibilities
- Translate documents and communications from English to Italian , including requirements, designs, emails, tickets, and error information
- Provide interpretation support during meetings or conferences with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist in coaching or language training to help bilingual employees improve language proficiency
- Investigate, gather, and become familiar with business, technical, and tool-related terminology
- Use and help improve translation tools to increase productivity
- Be open to cross-training in project management, support, or technical tools (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk, etc.)
- Work in a service desk environment requiring written and verbal communication in Italian
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
