Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1–2 years of sales experience who is eager to grow their career in the IT solutions and technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Present and sell IT solutions and services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements and enhance sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT solutions, technology sales, or related industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
