Finance Assistant
Full-time
FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc.
• Process and issue official receipts on a daily
basis and ensure timely deposit of collections.
• Record and encode issued receipts accurately
into the EFM system.
• Prepare the Daily Collection Report (DCR) and
other required financial summaries.
• Handle cheque releasing and compute sales
commissions as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding collections from
clients via phone and email.
• Schedule and monitor customer collections to
ensure compliance with company deposit policies.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of unbilled
shipments.
• Safeguard the company's interest by ensuring all
customer transactions fall within commercial policy limits.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial
and business information.
