Site Head Engineer

Description - Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Responsible for the operation , maintenance, testing, safety, and grid compliance of all high voltage electrical equipment and systems associated with the 69 kV grid interconnection of the solar power plant.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Licensed Eleterical Engineer
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in engineering project management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks, strong problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities
- Experience in HV Testing instruments
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies in engineering
- Working Conditions: Ability to work on-site and manage teams effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
