As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking a talented IT Head to lead their Information and Communications Technology department.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an IT Head to join a forward-thinking company that is reshaping the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all ICT functions, including software development, ERP systems, Human Resource Systems, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ICT operations, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
- Department Leadership: Lead and oversee all operations and strategies for the ICT department.
- Employee Performance Management: Manage and inspire a high-performing team.
- ICT Asset Management: Oversee maintenance and monitoring of all ICT assets, ensuring the efficiency and security of hardware and software systems.
- Policy Formulation: Draft and implement relevant ICT policies for the organization.
- Technology Implementation: Direct the ongoing and new technology implementations, including software upgrades and network improvements.
- Data Protection & Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and maintains strict data protection policies.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
