Dining Crew
Full-time
GOODLUCK HOTPOT CORP.
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders and assist customers with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages, including hotpot ingredients, condiments, and drinks.
- Ensure that tables are clean, organized, and properly set up for guests.
- Assist in refilling drinks, sauces, and hotpot broths as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, including cleaning tables and utensils after guests leave.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining restaurant inventory.
- Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in customer service or restaurant setting is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
