A Service Crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service in food service, retail, or other hospitality environments. They ensure customers have a positive experience by taking orders, preparing food or products, delivering services, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, or retail items as required.
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, counters, and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or food service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
