- Creates positive and delightful customer experience with our product and brands;
- Performs basic inventory of all products to ensure correct and accurate data;
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times;
- Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
- Entertains and caters to customers’ complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;
- Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.
- High school graduate or above are welcome to apply;
- Must have a pleasing personality;
- Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
- Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, self motivated, hardworking and a team player;
- Comfortable working with others;
- Good decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
- With or without experience;
- Positive personal values and strong work ethic.
