- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food and drinks according to company standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently at the counter or drive-thru.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in drive-thru, dine-in, and delivery operations when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
