REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in construction project management, store renovation, fit‑out projects, engineering supervision, or related disciplines
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination
• Excellent analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for both car and motorcycle and be confident operating both vehicles
• Willing to travel frequently across the Philippines to support store construction projects

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Oversee the initial phase of store renovation by coordinating design specifications, reviewing plans, preparing renovation cost estimates, and processing requirements through the company's internal system.
• Supervise the entire store construction process, including project planning, timeline monitoring, quality control, material management, and compliance with company construction standards.
• Work closely with franchisees, contractors, design consultants, mall administrators, and internal teams to address issues related to design, construction progress, quality, and on-site operations.
• Manage engineering documents and secure necessary approvals, including property management applications, mall and renovation permits, site access clearances, blueprint submissions, and government compliance requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, oversee store turnover and acceptance, monitor corrective work, and ensure each location meets company standards before opening.
• Maintain accurate project and construction records, prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and track project progress using Microsoft Excel, including multi-sheet workbooks and dashboards.
• Travel to project locations throughout the Philippines to inspect sites and monitor construction activities.
