Logistics Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. In this supervisory role, you will oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, optimize operational processes, and serve as a key liaison between warehouse operations and other departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Supervise and manage warehouse and logistics staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and onboarding of new team members
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock management
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to warehouse operations and inventory
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly, demonstrating decisive problem-solving abilities
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with organizational goals

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain best practices
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations
• Preferred: Experience with process improvement methodologies or continuous improvement initiatives
• Preferred: Familiarity with logistics software systems and data analysis tools
• Preferred: Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
