JOB TITLE: Process Analyst – Manufacturing
Location: San Mateo, Rizal
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process improvement concepts
- Basic understanding of data analysis, workflow mapping, and documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel and other basic productivity tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Assist in process mapping, time and motion studies, and workflow analysis
- Collect, organize, and analyze production data for reporting and decision-making
- Support the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure process alignment
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to process performance
