We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at ELECTROKONSTRUCT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE in Antipolo City Rizal. As a Construction Civil Engineer, you are responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of various construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budgetary standards. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging civil engineering projects.
What you'll be doing
- Analyzing survey reports and data to design new projects, considering environmental hazards and sustainability.
- Managing budgets, resources, and deadlines, acquiring and compiling quotes, and preparing project plans.
- Supervising construction processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Liaising with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals.
- Addressing and solving any safety and construction issues that may arise.
- Preparing and presenting status reports on project progress.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders, and quality control measures.
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- A valid license to practice Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in the construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, knowledge of engineering principles, and construction practices
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively
