Job Description:
- Responsible for marketing and promoting the company's loan products.
- Sources and acquires new clients.
- Evaluates loan applications and manages client accounts.
- Collects loan payments and monitors delinquent accounts.
- Maintains the loan portfolio and builds good client relationships.
- Performs fieldwork and client visits as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Bachelor's/College Degree.
- With at least six (6) months of experience as an Account Officer handling personal loans or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- With a pleasing personality and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija.
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle, possess a valid driver's license, and preferably own a motorcycle.
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing, credit and lending, loans, and portfolio management.
