Description - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to support business objectives.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- With experience in operations, administration, or facility management
- Knowledgeable in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily operations
- Ability to supervise and manage personnel
- Capable of dealing with clients with professionalism, respect, and compassion
- Able to handle sensitive situations and work under pressure
- Possesses integrity, discipline, and strong work ethic
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
