What we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administration Officer to join our Compliance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative support for the Compliance team, ensuring key compliance activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes. You will provide administrative assistance across dispute resolution, regulatory reporting, customer due diligence, privacy requests, and task management, helping the team maintain high compliance standards while supporting business operations.

This position is a day shift role with a hybrid work setup, requiring at least three days per week in our Ortigas office.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance team.
Assist with external reporting activities, including SMR (Serious Matter Report) and other ad-hoc reporting as required
Support the processing and management of Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) cases.
Perform Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Sanctions screening and maintain accurate records.
Assist with IDR Privacy requests, ensuring documentation is complete and processed within required timeframes.
Provide administrative support for External Dispute Resolution (EDR) and Regulatory Reporting (R&R) activities.
Monitor and manage compliance task queues, ensuring work is assigned, tracked, and completed within service level expectations.
Support the preparation, processing and response of simple IDR RHI cases.
Maintain compliance registers, trackers, and document repositories.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation required by the Compliance team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance administration activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Provide general administrative support and assist with other compliance initiatives as required.
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
Previous administration, operations, or compliance support experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is an advantage.
