- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues in motorcycles.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake checks, tire replacement, and chain adjustments.
- Repair or replace defective parts such as engines, transmissions, suspension components, and braking systems.
- Conduct performance tests to ensure motorcycles meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
- Use diagnostic equipment, tools, and manuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
- Stay updated with the latest motorcycle technology, service techniques, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance needs, and cost estimates clearly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
- Certification in motorcycle repair or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, electronics, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and service manuals.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle culture is a plus.
