Business Systems Associate

The Business Systems Associate will help the Company maintain and update its NetSuite system. The main focus for this role will be preparing reports and providing analysis to support decision making and, updating and maintaining the integrity of the data in NetSuite, ensuring the data accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in English with different stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

• Add new parts to the NetSuite inventory module following the established procedures and standards.
• Analyze information, identify variances when updates occur or other issues, and provide potential solutions.
• Analyze new item information, including manufacturer updates, and import item information into NetSuite.
• Ensure data needs are met, monitor data quality and organize reports.
• Update and maintain manufacturer price lists and price levels for customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document them.
• Design and implement systems to solve problems and improve efficiency, often with limited precedent.
• Plan, execute, and document testing phases, and provide support for users.
• Import/update manufacturer price lists into NetSuite.
• Utilize and maintain import templates.
• Use CRM system and edit documents provided to get needed information into CRM.
• Create quotes in CRM with accuracy based on the Special Pricing Agreements (ensure that what is on the quote matches the Special Pricing Agreement provided).
• Ensure quotes are in the correct order for processing.
• Detail focused and possessed strong organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize when things are not correct and contact the correct person.
• Send quotes as they are prepared to the correct sales team member.
• Other Ad hoc reporting/imports as needed

Requirements

• Must be computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word. Prefer experience with ERP software, NetSuite.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical. Proficiency in data analysis and calculations.
• Ability to adapt to challenging situations as well as have the ability to balance, execute and prioritize both routine and analytical tasks.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
