About the role
Manage all TIANLALA brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, create and curate engaging content, and analyze performance to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all TIANLALA brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and curate engaging content (text, image, video)
- Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
- Conduct community management and interact with customers
- Analyze social media metrics to track growth and effectiveness
- Prepare detailed performance reports and adjust strategies based on data
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
- Expertise with social media management platforms and scheduling tools
- Proficiency in content creation and editing (Canva, video editing software)
- Strong understanding of social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
