Marketing Specialist

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns: This includes market research, content creation (social media posts, email newsletters, website updates), and campaign tracking and analysis.
- Manage social media accounts: Create engaging content, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends.
- Support marketing events and activities: Involve logistics, on-site assistance, and post-event reporting.
- Maintain marketing databases and materials: Ensure accuracy and accessibility of marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, provide feedback, and assist with various marketing projects.
- Conduct market research: Analyze competitor activities, identify target audiences, and track campaign performance.
- Assist with budget management: Track expenses and assist with budget allocation for marketing initiatives.
- Other duties may be assigned: Depending on the company's needs, additional tasks may be required.
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing Business Administration, AB Communication or a course related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or sales support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns, Canva, hoot suite, buffer basic photo/video editing).
- Good organizational skills and attention to details.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting.
- Strong organizational interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Creativity and a passion for marketing
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
