Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain an Azure-based data platform that integrates large-scale enterprise data for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools
• Integrate data from enterprise systems (CRM, HCM, financial platforms)
• Optimize data models for Power BI and reporting use cases
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, and performance across pipelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on data architecture
• Maintain AI/data pipelines in Linux environments
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in Azure Data Engineering
• Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms (CRM, payroll, finance)
• Solid understanding of data modeling for analytics
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AI or machine learning pipelines
• Background in payroll systems (e.g., PrismHR)
