Building Maintenance Staff

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Inspect and diagnose issues in building infrastructure and initiate repairs as needed.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, including schedules and completed tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests from building occupants in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safety and functionality of all building equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 6mons to 1year
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques
- Responsibility and Duties: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments and handle physically demanding tasks
