- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in building maintenance
- Skills and Competencies: With knowledge in painting, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor and working in various weather conditions
