Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues requiring attention.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of work.
- Assist in the management of maintenance records and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
